Attorney Kevin Cunningham, born and raised in Oklahoma, has been surrounded by law his entire life. Growing up in a home with a district judge and a practicing civil lawyer, he realized early on that he could make a difference by helping victims of others’ wrongful actions.
Kevin works with compassion and is driven to find answers for his clients. Some of his most defining career moments involved helping clients find stability after traumatic events and regain hope for the future. When working with the unique circumstances of every case, he approaches his work with empathy and relentless advocacy while also providing objective analysis and guidance. He treats clients like his own family and is deeply committed to supporting others during difficult times.
When he is not practicing law, Kevin has his hands full raising three kids. He enjoys fishing, collecting antique books, reading, writing, and building and rebuilding Lego models. He’s heavily involved in his community, serving on, governing, and drafting case competition materials for the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Mock Trial Program. He also volunteers time with Citizens Caring for Children, a non-profit organization that provides new clothing and personal items to foster children in central counties in Oklahoma, where he previously served on the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2018.
