The team at DM Injury Law is passionate about giving back to our community. Community involvement is so important to us, which is why we sponsor and host many events every week!
Take a look at just some of the initiatives we sponsored and supported in November 2024!
KC United Superbowl
DM Injury Law is excited to support the KC United Superbowl. An event where young athletes get to participate in their own Superbowl game and show their growth as players.
Special Olympics: Victory Gala
This event offers businesses and individuals an opportunity to network with notable members of the community, entertain employees, client guests, and friends, and demonstrate a commitment to people with intellectual disabilities and the Special Olympics movement. All proceeds will go towards our programming for Special Olympics athletes across Kansas.
Veterans Community Project: House Party
We celebrated with the Veterans Community Project at their annual House Party. This celebration supports Veterans and the community by supporting their life-changing mission of helping houseless veterans find sustainable living. All funds raised will go to support the VCP.
High Aspirations – Mentor’s Challenge
High Aspirations was founded in 2003 and has impacted hundreds of lives. HA remains committed to best and evidence-based practices, strategies, and approaches in order to evolve continuously through updated and enhanced programs responsive to the needs of Kansas City’s at-risk, black male youth. This year’s Mentor Challenge will host guest speaker, former NBA player, Spudd Webb.
Ronald McDonald House Charities: Thanksgiving Meal
Members of our staff came together at Ronald McDonald House Charities Kansas City to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for those in need!
We had a blast spending time together and giving back to the community. We’re forever grateful we can help the community in ways like this.
Third & Long Foundation: Thanksgiving Food Drive
Join local celebrities, football legends, and passionate fans, all coming together to give out approximately 1,500 bags and boxes of food, including a dinner of turkey, eggs, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, etc., expected to feed at least a family of 4, thus allowing us to feed over 5,000 people this year.
Who’s Got This? Citywide Basketball Championship
DM Injury Law hosted its first annual Citywide Basketball Championship! This exciting day consisted of 3 divisions of 4th, 5th, and 6th graders competing for the trophy.

High School Football Games of the Week!
The DM Law Foundation has provided over $110,000 in resources to support young athletes through need-based and merit-based awards, as well as the organization’s dedication to coaching education and best practices.
These donations and initiatives will directly benefit hundreds of student-athletes across various Kansas City Metro public school systems.
November was our last Game of the Week. Take a look!
Leavenworth @ Washington High School
The visiting Pioneers left Washington with a 48 – 7 mercy-rule win.
