Attorney Emma Denman comes from Nevada (pronounced Nuh-VAY-Duh), MO, and pursued a career in law with the encouragement of her dad who recognized her thirst for knowledge and strong sense of justice. While she began her career handling complex real estate title disputes, she quickly transitioned into her current work after realizing that she would rather work on cases advocating for those who would otherwise be on their own.
Her approach to client relationships centers on building trust, ensuring those she works with feel secure and supported throughout their legal journey. She takes the “counsel” aspect of being an attorney seriously – her goal is to reassure her clients that they are in it together and have someone in their corner advocating for the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys yoga, going for walks on Columbia’s trails, novice birdwatching, and hiking MO state parks with her partner and their two dogs, Stella and Morow.
