At DiPasquale Moore, Attorney Adam Brillhart fights to recover compensation for personal injury victims. A large part of his practice is focused on helping injured employees through workers’ compensation insurance claims. He finds great meaning in his career, doing everything he can to help real people through difficult, stressful situations.
Adam first realized his knack for solving complicated problems while researching real estate titles. He was able to translate seemingly complex problems into concise, easy-to-understand language. It was then that he decided to use this skill to help people and companies in the midst of legal trouble.
After earning his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law, Adam took on a role as an insurance defense lawyer, with a focus on workers’ comp matters. He quickly learned how insurance companies handle workers’ comp claims, what they look for to reduce or deny them, and everything in between. However, he also quickly learned that he would much rather put his skills and energy to work for the injured employees. When he switched sides, he took all the knowledge he learned in this time with him—it continues to prove advantageous for his clients filing for workers’ comp benefits.
Adam’s personal skills, also honed in his time at previous jobs, enable him to relate to people from all walks of life. He advises each of his clients as if they are one of his own family members.

The youngest of four, Adam grew up in a preacher’s home in Topeka, Kansas. His first job out of law school brought him to Kansas City, where he has stayed since. He is now a proud father of four himself. When he isn’t coaching his kids’ sports teams or otherwise bonding with his family, he enjoys rock climbing, snowboarding, spearfishing, and spending time outdoors.
